ABOUT ME

Gyan is passionate about programming, robotics, mathematics, teaching and sports. Gyan has won different robotics, math and science competitions. Along with the technical skills, his leadership, team work, presentation and analytical skills enables him to see bigger picture and makes him successful. Gyan is a Boy Scouts and also recently participated in the first ever Boy Scouts STEM University at KEAN university, NJ. From young age Gyan believes in contributing to the community and performing innovative voluntary activities. He loves Basketball, reading and learns swimming.

The AIRO Group
At the age of 12; Gyan and his two 6th graders friends - Om Desai and Siddhant Desai - have founded AI Robotics (AIRO) in 2016. The AIRO group has been involved professionally as well voluntary in different STEM activities within the school, organizations such as JerseySTEM and YMCA and independently. Since 2016 Gyan and his AIRO group are teaching Scratch programming voluntary and mentoring the FLL Robotics championship to the elementary kids.

EXPERIENCE

The AIRO Group

2016 to present

While in 6th Grade, Gyan and his two friends - Om Desai and Siddhant Desai - founded the AIRO (AI Robotics) group with the support of their parents. The AIRO group is focused on developing robotics, programming and other STEM skills and participate in different competitions as well contributing to community in STEM areas.

The AIRO group has established a GoFundMe account to gather funding from well wisheres that can be used in support of participating in varous STEM activities and competitions and to serve community.

Robotics

Participating in different robotics competition such as FLL, John Hopkins University Robo Challenge and Junior Solar Sprints competition. Developing different concepts using Arduino and Lego Mindstorms EV3 kits
